Undocumented Immigrant Families: Rights and Resources
These resources provide immigrants and undocumented parents with practical tools to protect their rights, prepare for emergencies such as detention, and stay connected to their children through legal processes. They offer step-by-step guidance, know-your-rights information, family-preparedness planning, and support networks. These resources can help families navigate encounters with immigration enforcement, access family-court protections, and maintain parental rights despite systemic barriers.
DeafBlind Students and their Families
These resources collectively provide families of children who are DeafBlind with advocacy, technical assistance, and practical guidance. They offer information on connecting with local agencies; learning about DeafBlindness and Protactile; accessing family stories and events; and finding programs, resources, and professionals who can support children’s development and caregiver needs.
