Exercise Dice!
Create your own dice and roll them to determine what exercise you will do with your child. Cut out six squares and draw a different exercise on each square. These exercises could be jumping jacks, running in place, sit ups, skipping around the room, hopping up and down, or pushups. Attach the squares together using tape and roll your set of dice for a fun way to exercise!
